As a claims adjuster, I can't ever get the same associate attorney on the phone twice! There was a smart and professional woman there in the summer of 2023 and now she's gone. No notice to clients. I'm dealing with a third associate getting to know my business, claims handling procedures, etc. in one calendar year! About to pull our business!
I called just for a question and was treated terribly by 2 different people who answered the phone because it was something they did not really do work for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHITTY PLACE
