About Adam L. Seidel

Adam L. Seidel has more than 30 years of trial experience in private practice, and as a former prosecutor. He currently serves as the *2022 Chair of the 500+ lawyer Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association* *.* In family law matters, he has been lead-counsel in numerous divorce trials and contested hearings, involving the division of complex property interests, as well as contested child custody matters. Mr. Seidel also represents clients in Collaborative Family Law cases.

Mr. Seidel is also Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has been lead-counsel in numerous jury trials over the years, prosecuting and defending various criminal cases in state and federal courts

I was nervous having to deal with the Divorce process but in reality there was no need to worry, they walked me step by step through my case. Adam represented me in my divorce proceedings and I would highly recommend his services. He explained the process to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Adam was highly knowledgeable and responsive and the documentation which he prepared facilitated an agreement between me and my ex-spouse which ultimately saved us a significant amount of time and money. He was professional, courteous and kind and I would not hesitate to make use of his services again.

Adam is professional and respectful of the situation and persons involved. He set realistic expectations and the result provided financial relief for my situation. I appreciate his help and the attention to detail and time. He kept his promises and was prepared well in advance of hearings and critical dates. Nothing fell between the cracks. Adam was an extreme pleasure to work with. Soft spoken yet ready to do battle - if you choose. Always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and always did his homework. If a call or email was brief, there was no charge.{para}I absolutely recommend Adam!!!
