He quickly gained trial experience, prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors, until he moved into private practice in Borger, Texas. In 2001, Adam joined a large, full-service defense firm located in Downtown Dallas, eventually becoming a partner at that firm. He represented all types of clients in litigation and transactional matters. He became well versed in representing clients who faced potential liabilities of millions of dollars, guiding them to successful results. He departed that firm in 2014, joining another firm and handling civil and commercial litigation matters for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Now, he is partnered with Chris Carter to create Reed Carter, a litigation boutique firm, and handles tort litigation, subrogation, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and transactional matters for many types of clients, ranging from individuals and families to Fortune 500 corporations. He draws from his varied career experiences and the infrastructure of Reed Carter to apply the Firm's credo- personal service and exceptional results. Adam is passionate about representing his clients and gives them all the same individual attention and zealous legal advocacy.

Adam is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. His interests include travelling, running, theatre, politics, and all types of outdoor activities. Adam, his wife Jennifer, and their son Michael reside in Dallas, Texas.

Hired Attorney Adam B. Reed

Adam recently represented me in a personal injury case due to a car accident. He really went above and beyond to help my family and me. He battled the insurance company right up to the very end and negotiated us a great settlement. He really cares and listens. He’s responsive and explains each step. 10/10 would recommend!
