The lawyer wanted $3000.00 to do the paperwork that would have gotten me the $10000.00 I needed probate to release. I contacted a paralegal that did all of the paperwork for $750.00 (which was a fair price in my opinion). I understand that a paralegal is not a lawyer, but the net result is more money in my pocket and less in the governments. Not to mention the $2200 I save with the paralegal service. If they could do it for $750 and make money, so could the lawyers.
Do not hire these lawyers to do any work for you. Very crooked. William Anderson & Bobbi Madonna are husband and wife and don’t let you know until it is time to gang up on you. Their communication among each other is awful and they are good at denying. The outcome you will receive is far worse than what you can expect by doing things on your own. I am still owed $1,550.00 back from this firm which they refused to give back and William Anderson offered me $550.00 back instead of the money that is actdue back to me and his wife refused to see me. They will make up false hours to bill that do not correlate properly with the case. His secretary Kathy does not call back when you leave messages. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT COME HERE.
