About Mr. Warner Russell Hodges III

Russell Hodges has spent over 30 years helping families and business owners protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. His practice is a unique blend of estate planning and high-stakes litigation, which gives him a distinct advantage. Because he knows how to fight for assets in court—having secured some of the top verdicts in Georgia—he knows exactly how to structure them to prevent disputes in the first place. Russell is often the person people turn to when legal, financial, and personal issues collide, particularly when privacy or reputation is at stake. He approaches every case with a focus on discretion and clarity, ensuring his clients always feel in control of the situation. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt Law with honors, Russell also holds the prestigious AV Preeminent rating, a testament to his legal skill and ethical standards. Whether he is drafting a complex asset protection plan or recovering significant funds in a courtroom, he provides the kind of seasoned, steady guidance that only comes from decades of experience at the highest level.

Hired Attorney

We hired Mr. Hodges to handle what we thought would be a simple matter. Our opinion, based on our experience with Mr. Hodges, is that he is incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical. Before you hire him, do your research on his disciplinary history with multiple State Bars. If we could give him zero stars we certainly would. Our experience was that bad.
