About Mr. Warner Russell Hodges III

Advising on Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Complex Disputes for 30+ Years.

Russell Hodges has devoted more than three decades to advising individuals, families, and businesses on how to protect what matters most: their assets, their families, and their long-term interests.

His practice combines estate planning, asset protection, and extensive litigation experience, allowing him to advise clients not only on how to structure and preserve wealth, but also how to respond when those interests are challenged.

Mr. Hodges has successfully represented clients in a wide range of disputes.

He has recovered significant funds for clients and has been recognized among the top verdicts in Georgia, reflecting his ability to act decisively in complex, high-stakes situations.

His work frequently involves situations where legal, financial, and personal considerations intersect — including matters where disputes, public exposure, or reputational concerns may be present.

Mr. Hodges approaches these matters with a focus on clarity, discretion, and control, helping clients navigate both planning and conflict with a structured legal strategy.

As an honors graduate of Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt University Law School, and a recipient of the AV Preeminent® rating, he is recognized by peers for the highest standards of legal ability and ethics.

Hired Attorney

We hired Mr. Hodges to handle what we thought would be a simple matter. Our opinion, based on our experience with Mr. Hodges, is that he is incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical. Before you hire him, do your research on his disciplinary history with multiple State Bars. If we could give him zero stars we certainly would. Our experience was that bad.
