Russell Hodges, Attorney at Law is a law firm with an office in Cumming, GA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing elder law, estate planning, wills, will disputes and contests and 13 other areas of law.
Mr. Hodges was very attentive until he received his final payment. Then, I had extreme difficulty getting him on the phone, getting my messages answered or getting a return email. His office lost documents or completed things incorrectly, and his support staff changed every few months.
We hired Mr. Hodges to handle what we thought would be a simple matter. Our opinion, based on our experience with Mr. Hodges, is that he is incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical. Before you hire him, do your research on his disciplinary history with multiple State Bars. If we could give him zero stars we certainly would. Our experience was that bad.
