This law firm has been extremely uncommunicative and unprofessional. From day one, it’s been clear that my case was not a priority to them despite being told they could support me through multiple consultation calls. Even after closing my case over a month ago, I’ve had to badger them about receiving my retainer which I was informed would be sent out to me once my case was closed. It’s extremely disappointing that I have received such low quality services given that I know other clients enjoyed working with the firm. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

If you're looking for a firm with knowledge, integrity and professionalism you will NOT find at Georgia Probate Lawyers. Don't waste your hard earned money on people who will not take your case seriously or handle it with any type or urgency.

RUN!! Run away from this place as fast as possible! They are only communicative until they have your retainer. After that they file the wrong papers, refuse to give you updates and Mandy does not speak on the phone or email clients. I am not even sure she is a real person. 4 months and repeated request to speak to the actual attorney working on the matter were ignored! She also made a situation contentious by her refusal to also speak on the phone or email with opposing counsel! When you, as the client, follow her rules of engagement by requesting an immediate conference to discuss your dissatisfaction with her services, you are once again, IGNORED! She is being reported to the Georgia State Bar for breach of her ethical obligation to clients. RUN!
