Rooted in Experience, Driven by Purpose
I’m Clint Heyworth, founder of the firm. I bring nearly 20 years of legal experience—including work in dependency cases defending parents’ rights—to this practice. I believe deeply in second chances, not just for kids but for adults too. Every family deserves an advocate who listens, understands, and fights for their future.
Before becoming a lawyer, I spent 10 years as a high school and middle school teacher, and I’m a father of four. Those experiences shape how I approach every case—with empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping families through difficult times.
Building a Practice with Purpose
While I haven’t yet handled delinquency cases or appeared in court in Hall, Cherokee, or Dawson Counties, I’m actively working to grow in these areas. My goal is to become a trusted resource for families and professionals across all four counties.
If you’re a parent, colleague, or community partner, I encourage you to reach out. Even if I’m not the best fit for your case, I’ll do everything I can to connect you with someone who is. This work is about building trust—and building it together.
