Boling Rice LLC is the successor to the firm founded by Leon Boling in 1946 in Cumming, Georgia. Former partners include the late Richard B. Neville, Jr., former Superior Court Judge, the late Larry H. Boling, former Municipal Court Judge, and Jeffrey S. Bagley, current Superior Court Chief Judge of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit. The firm currently offers a general practice in the North Georgia area providing a wide range of legal services with an emphasis in real estate law, estate planning and probate law, corporate law, commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, probate litigation, general civil litigation, and personal injury litigation. All members and associates of the firm participate regularly in professional association activities and civic affairs.

Hired Attorney Renee D. T. Welch

Renee was very professional and helpful with explaining the procedures and legal ramifications of handling an estate. She is easy to talk to, and I certainly recommend her for estate work.

Hired Attorney Maggie A. Spaulding

I retained Ms. Spaulding as A Guardian Ad Litem for a parent in a probate case. Even after she was hired she never contacted me nor anyone else in our family. I finally contacted her via email and answered all her questions. I never heard from her again until she went to Court and told the Probate Judge I was being uncooperative. I emailed her afterwards while courtesy copying the rest of my family asking to explain exactly how I had been uncooperative since I filled her in on virtually everything about the case. She never responded and probably didn't even know who I was. She was a total waste of time and money. Don not ever consider her for a Guardian Ad Litem for a loved one or even for a probate case for that matter.

I cannot begin to explain the lengths Maggie went for the betterment of our family. She kept our daughter's best interests in mind throughout the whole legal battle. Dealing with legal matters is not something people look forward to, but Maggie made the whole ordeal flow smoothly & end pleasantly.
