This firm failed me as a client in all categories and wasted 4 months of my time. From failure to serve a civil summons in timely manner to very poor client attorney communications. After finally speaking to attorney Heavener and expressing my frustration, he refused to return any phone calls or emails. Fired him! Don't waste your time/money with this firm.
Mr. Alderson was extremely unpleasant over the phone. As I explained to him the circumstances of my fiancé’s case, all he saw was an opportunity to make money off my family. He aggressively told me over the phone “I’m an expensive lawyer, can you even come up with half the bail money?!”. I knew at that point he wasn’t the one, for the simple fact he was more concerned about money rather than my fiancé’s life. Thank God, I came across Mr. Goldbloom who took awesome care of all my family needs.
