I hired this attorney January 2017 for divorce. He gave cost of $1,500 if both parties agreed but if defendant disagreed it would be $2,500. Mr Fuller stated with the assets since marriage it’s common 50/50 that was purchased during marriage. Before we ever went to court Mr Fuller sent me an itemized detail bill. On the top right corner it clearly stated “ Example”. It showed the amount above $2,500. I received several itemized detail billing. It had reached an amount that next office appointment I took all I received thus far to his office. He told me so far that’s what I owe him. I was extremely upset ! My husband never had an attorney for divorce. He did hire an attorney for domestic violence. My attorney, Wayne Fuller made it clear I hired him for divorce only. I never even received my name change from day one I asked for. My bill was nearly $6,500. Here I am having to pay a ridiculous amount and ex pay nothing ? When house was sold I didn’t get amount judge awarded either.
