Hired Attorney CPT Frank Williams Jr.

While opening my ex-husbands Estate he and his secretary, Deborah stole money from the Estate. We confronted him about the missing money and he blamed his secretary. But he is the boss and he is as guilty as she is. We were told he was dis-barred by the Alabama Bar Association in Alabama. We were told Deborah had been arrested. So were we lied to? Do I see that he is still practicing in Cullman??? How can that be...he is by association a thief!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
