In 1994, he joined forces with Patricia Myers to establish Myers and Moring, P.A., a partnership that later evolved into Moring & Moring, P.A., reflecting his marriage to Patricia in 1996.

He has held prominent positions within the legal community, including serving as a Past President of the Citrus County Bar Association and playing a pivotal role in the establishment of its Family Law Section in 2006.
