Militello & Struck, LLC is a law firm established in 2006 with an office in Crystal Lake, IL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing business law, closely held, privately owned business and 16 other areas of law.
We are a family spread across several states & dealing with an out of state sale of property in Illinois using a power of attorney during a global pandemic. On a very tight deadline of 30 days, Ms. Struck & her excellent staff handled EVERY aspect of our case with promptly returned emails, phone calls & legal guidance. We highly recommend her legal professional services!
Jill has helped us through setting up our loved one's will and handling estate items after their spouses death. She was very professional and made the process quick and easy. She answered all our questions (in person and by phone) in as much detail as we needed and with quick turn around for phone calls.
Very rude, doesn’t reply to emails timely, messed up closing documents, didn’t even go to closing just sent documents via email and blames the mortgage company for wrong info. We have proof she messed up and we gotta pay fees. We also have proof of her unprofessionalism with emails to us. Unacceptable and unprofessional lawyer stay away!!!
Beware. Do not deal with her! She should get 0 stars!!! Had to tell her three times, every time, what I needed. Communication was terrible! Very unprofessional person in a nasty personality. I wanted to fire her several times a day, but I was in the middle of a closing. She did not have my best interest in mind. In fact I felt like she was working for the buyer and not me. She postpone the closing several times, cost me over a thousand dollars in interest and then she overpaid my taxes by $10,000. It’s like she doesn’t actually know what she’s doing. Thank God this is over and I never have to deal with her again. She could explain to me what she did so I had to have two other lawyers look over her work to figure out what she did wrong. She can’t be trusted!
