For nearly two years after my mother’s passing, he has failed to provide even the most basic information regarding the trust he is responsible for administering. Multiple formal legal requests for information about the trust’s assets and expenditures have been submitted and acknowledged—yet he has chosen not to respond in any meaningful way. The only time I heard from him was when he mistakenly sent me correspondence containing another individual’s private information, which raises serious concerns about his competence and handling of sensitive materials. Even more troubling was his response when one of the beneficiaries, through an attorney, formally requested information. Instead of fulfilling his obligations, he dismissively suggested that all beneficiaries should hire their own lawyers and sue his client if they want answers. I am a veteran and I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This has been the most unprofessional legal experience I have encountered. Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle and attorney Gregory Barry have been responsible for administering my deceased grandparents’ trust. Over the past two years, there have been repeated and concerning issues that raise serious questions about professionalism and competence. On multiple occasions, Mr. Barry has sent correspondence addressed to the wrong individuals, including documents containing sensitive personal information about beneficiaries and trust matters. This kind of error is not only careless but also a significant breach of privacy.
