I'm reviewing Carey based on my experience as the buyer. Earnest money was sent to Carey days after the contract was accepted and she didn't deposit them until days before the close date. She told the sellers and their real estate agent that the checks had been deposited when they had not. Carey offered us the sellers' pergola & playset when she was specifically told by the sellers that they were to be EXCLUDED. She also shorted our real estate agent on her commission. Unprofessional!
