I have been working with Tom and this firm for approximately two years in regard to my medical case. He has been very compassionate and responsive in regard to my injury. He is extremely knowledgeable of medical contracts, the CA state laws and hospital contracts. I feel very confident in his ability to handle my case. I started working with Mr. Friedberg several years ago. He was recommended to me by an experienced injury attorney here in Houston. My case was the result of a serious on the job fall due to a defective ladder. NOT an easy case. Mr. Friedberg got experts and proved the accident was from a defective part made in China. Long story short- his many hours of hard work paid off and my wife and I won our case! His ability to think and work through problems/issues was the best I ever seen and unfortunately I've had to interact with other attorneys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THOMAS FIEDBERG and his partner and wife Sarah !!
