In existence for more than 43 years, Miller Sachs & Hess, PC is a well-established Indiana general practice law firm with a tradition of caring about our clients. Our mission is to get the best results for our clients as cost effectively as we can.

Much of our casework addresses family law issues, such as divorce, child support, child custody, property division, adoptions, and family related issues. Other focuses include criminal law, personal injury, and estate issues. I’m currently on a case with miller but she is very determined and she also listens very well! There are no short cuts and she make sure she doesn’t over look or under value anything that could be effective in a case.

Attorney Calderaro! Was awesome, he really really helped me and basically saved my life. He is such a wonderful soul, and hard working person. He is honest, straightforward and easy to talk to! Hired Attorney Andrew P. Martin

Andy Martin goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend him for complex divorce cases. In my case it was a completed divorce years ago until my x-husband decided he wanted my money again. I have had enough. Andy was there for me, i was very upset as a single hard working mom. He calmed me down and took charge. He was very prompt on calling me back with any questions or concerns i had. He is very knowledgeable about the law and straight forward with his client's. We hired Andrew Martin for 2 cases. We won both. He is very knowledgeable. My mindset is I don't want someone to tell me what they think I want to hear. I want honest and integrity we received both when we hired Mr. Martin. The office staff is tremendous I have never had to wait 24 hours for a response after leaving a message. That means a lot to me.
