Susan provided updates and clarifications as the case progressed so that I knew what to do and what to expect. She attended traffic court when I pressed charges against the driver. Susan was extremely persistent in pursuing my case. Although the driver's insurance company was willing to settle, my health insurance company proved extremely difficult to deal with when determining exact expenses and settling on the amount it was due. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
The people that gave her a one star are flat out liars. I called her for disability. She gave me a very honest answer. Her advice was to try a second time before hiring an attorney before hiring her. I was approved after a second attempt. I cannot remember anyone at anytime being that honest. Never met her in person but she is a person that I hope I am similar, honest. That is hard to find these days. She could have taken money from me as other lawyers said they would do. But instead, she gave good, honest advice. Thank you, you are what everyone should be.
At a time when I was still deep in mourning the passing of my mom, Susan and Lisa guided me through the probate process. Susan consulted with me over the phone and even drove out to meet with me late in the same afternoon so I could drop off paperwork to get the process started. Both guided me step by step and kept me updated. If I had questions, I would receive an answer promptly. They were professional, but showed compassion.

More times than not I was able to speak to Susan the first time I called or on the same day. Susan and her staff are compassionate and understanding. They understand that everyone doesn’t have a basket of money sitting around but they need legal services. They allowed me to make weekly, monthly, and sometimes a little longer payments.
