I would not recommend Kevin to anyone searching for legal advice or counsel. He is very unprofessional in communication, correspondence, and in person. He took our arbitration case that should have taken 3 months to complete and turned it into 23 months and $14,000 of fees, only to walk away from the case leaving us high and dry. We are still not complete with the arbitration and have to proceed on our own because we do not want to pay another retainer for another lawyer. He does not like to be questioned or pressed to get things done. Any other service or transaction that requires you to pay $290/hour is subject to questioning. It's a lot of money and adds up quickly. He does not respond in a timely manner. At times, you will go months without him getting back to you. He came to a deposition without shoes wearing socks only. That should provide all you need to know about his professionalism. We have had to file a grievance with the Indiana Supreme Court.
