Absolutely The best attorney I have ever worked. We started with a consultation for two hours. Nina found out everything about my situation with my wife, She presented the cost up front and ask questions about how far I wanted to go with a plan. Then she started to with preliminary paper work. If I forgot something, she would remind me. So I never got behind with what she wanted and why. Always available by e-mail or by phone. I appreciated that, knowing if I did not understand she was there. When my wife passed, I felt like our relationship would end. Was I ever wrong. She then helped me protect my assets, which just blew me away. I will never forget her and her husband for what they did for me. If you're looking for a great lawyer, to me there is no one better than Nina Whitehurst. She is simply the best.
As clients of Cumberland Legacy Law in 2022 my wife and I can attest to their professionalism and thoroughness. We had more than a "run of the mill" legacy situation. Nina, because of her background and ability to quickly research unique situations was able to provide a legacy plan tailored specifically to our desires. There was not only a thoroughly documented final written plan but the ongoing verbal and email interchange to develop the plan and assure that we understood all the details of the plan. We enjoyed working with a person who not only cared but took the time to share and educate.
I would recommend Nina Whitehurst in every way - extremely knowledgeable, very professional and courteous, and answered all questions promptly - usually within 30 minutes. She is an attorney who looks out for her clients’ best interests.
We hired Nina to put the family trust for my wife and I together. Having little experience in this area we were fortunate to have someone of Nina's skills. As I told her early on, we needed someone who specialized in trusts, estate planning in general and so forth, and not someone doing DUI cases on Monday, divorces on Tuesday, and maybe trusts on Wednesday. She clicked all the boxes and we are already handing her business cards out to neighbors and friends who need the same kind of expertise she provided us.
We didn't realize what could happen to us without this protection. We now have piece of mind in our senior years.
Working with Nina was such a pleasure. She was very easy to get ahold of and explained anything we needed to know in easy to understand language. She was quickly on top of everything. We have worked with other attorneys before and Nina was the best by far. We will definitely call on her again and highly recommend her!
This lawyer stepped in and stepped up to guide my home purchase from flailing to resolute success. I was very impressed with the determination, experience, knowledge, and determination to ensure processes were followed as required for all parties involved. She did a remarkable job of herding cats! I could not recommend this attorney more highly than I do at this time. Well done.
