Ms Gardner was recommended to us by a friend for some probate work. We had our initial consultation with Ms. Gardner and she came across as quite professional. However, despite it being 3.5 months since our consultation and NUMEROUS calls to her office, she has neither contacted us nor has she even started the work she was hired for. I would NOT recommend Ms. Gardner for any reason.
Illegally removes children from loving homes and gives them to abusive fathers. Lies under oath. Does NOT care about the best interests of the children. Does not follow the law. Does whatever she wants based on her opinions not on anything factual or legal. I have proof to back up everything I've said.
She came to court completely ill-prepared for a hearing. She never met with me prior to the hearing. Conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner in the courtroom, to include chewing gum and "shushing" me throughout the hearing when I felt she should have interjected. Never returned phone calls even after stating to staff members it was urgent in nature. I went to her office 3 times post initial hearing and was told she could not meet with me. She had already collected almost $1800.
