Wayne was easy to talk to...He understood what I was going through, and did all he could to help me feel better and satisfied with what happened in my case.

I feel he did not look out for my interest. If he would of done his job the two non-probate accounts would of been paid to me the sole benefactor. but it took him nearly six months to even tell me about the accounts. I am very unhappy with his work.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
