What do I tell the judge if I was arrested without my miranda rights read?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Nothing. The Judge won't listen to you. You need to hire a knowledgeable attorney who can argue the hell out of it. But you only get Miranda if you are going to be interrogated.

Will the fines make me guilty and will it go on my record?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY OR JUST PAY THE FINES FOR A THEFT. You should at least get deferred adjudication and have it not go on your record. Paying the fine could mean pleading guilty. Hire a competent attorney and do not plead guilty.
