Will a teacher face consequences for protecting school property after hours with physical force.

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn

It is best to have the local police do a steak out to catch them. The dangers of you doing the work are many including getting hurt. If you try to make a citizens arrest and someone is hurt there may be criminal charges if excessive force is used. Other charges could be possible. Putting in a good alarm system and cameras is a reasonable alternative that does not endanger anyone.

Can I get a DUI while driving on private property?

Janice Fabiana Alfred
Answered by attorney Janice Fabiana Alfred (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at South Atlanta Family Law
I do not believe the charge has anything to do with where you were driving but were you driving while under the influence of alcohol. My question is, did the police actually see you drive the car? My advice is to consult with a DUI attorney to see if you may have a viable defense to the charge.

When does a lawer have to withdraw?

Cynthia Russell Henley

Being "friends" with a witness, without more information than that, does not disqualify someone from representing a party in a lawsuit. And the delay tactics are typical in civil lawsuits (and costly.) If you are not happy with the aggressiveness of your lawyer, hire someone to take over the case. Some times one needs a pitt bull against a pitt bull, but other times it is better to have the docile dog in the fight. Just depends on the circumstances.
