What do I do if I am on felony probation 2 warning on interlock device?

Your question does not make sense. If you have questions about your felony probation, just ask your probation officer. If you don't know who your PO is, then call the probation department.

Can I get my VOP dismissed? How?

No, you cannot get a vop dismissed unless there are grounds to dismiss it, and there rarely are. You need to hire an attorney in FL.

What is the max penalty if I’m on probation for firearm charges and I eluded a police officer?

The possession of a firearm charge is probably a 3rd degree felony, and so is the fleeing and eluding. So the maximum penalty would appear to be 10 years in prison, but that is if the two charges are run consecutively, as opposed to concurrently. If concurrent, it could be up to 5 years in prison. I often wonder why it is so important for people to know what the maximum penalty is. That is only part of a case to a criminal defense attorney. There is so much more to be concerned about, namely whether the state even has a case at all.
