You should meet with an attorney and discuss the subpoena with him. It may be possible that the subpoena was not legally served on you and you do not have to obey it

What happens after I filed a false police report?

No one knows. You should be arrested when you reveal that you filed a false police report, which is a misdemeanor offense. As for whether he will be prosecuted, it depends on whether the police/prosecutor believeyou now.

How would a petty theft and influence over a minor charge go and be ruled in court without an attorney?

Without an attorney you are facing two first degree misdemeanors which carry a one year jail sentence each it appears. The first hearing you have to attend will be the arraignment, and if you are indigent you must ask for the public defender to be appointed and plead not guilty. Then there will be a series of pre trials each month until the case is resolved.
