Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
The civil order will either be in effect 6 months or 12 months, and has nothing to do with the criminal case, which means if the criminal case goes away the civil order does not.

What are the penalties for receiving marijuana in the mail?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Lots of trouble. It's a federal offense and may be a felony depending on what the marijuana is laced with. You need to hire an attorney that is skilled in drug cases and fight this.
