You have all the rights of a person who has been accused of a crime. Especially the right to remain silent and to have an Attorney. Keep following up with the Court. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than normal. You don't want a bench warrant issued for your arrest. Obtain legal counsel. I am sure a good attorney can help you out of this mess.
