Lawyer hasnt been to see client .clienbeen in jail since arraaignment

Answered by attorney Julie Rendelman
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Julie Rendelman, LLC
There doesn't appear to be an actual question.  If the client is not happy with his/her attorney, they can hire a new attorney or if they can't afford one, they can ask the court to assign a new attorney to them.

Are there any lawyers that charge less than $600 to file a motion to quash warrant?

Criminal Law lawyer at The Rogers Law Firm
Depends on which court this is in and what the underlying charges are. Most courts won't allow an attorney to just lift the warrant without handling the entire case. Therefore, the price of $600 may be quite reasonable if you have been charged with a moderately serious offense, but $600 is not a reasonable price if you just missed a court date for a traffic ticket.

What can I expect after my first offense of shoplifting?

Criminal Law lawyer at Florido & Associates, P.A.
I would say it would really depends in what county the arrest took place. In Miami-Dade County rarely does a Defendant go to jail on a 1st time misdemeanor offense. Most likely the State would offer a Pre Trial course where you can have the criminal charges dismissed upon completion of the program.
