If the false accusation has been reported to the police, then a warrant for aggravated stalking will be taken, which means you will need to retain an attorney.

How do we beat false accusations on sexual assault?

Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
Your husband's attorney may not be sharing a lot of information with you for the very reason that he is your husband's attorney and not yours and that a lot of the information he has is confidential. I cannot tell you how to beat a sexual assault/indecency case. They are very complex and I have not been provided with any evidence or reports to look at.

2nd offense you can retain who you want, but IF you want the same lawyer, he will probably charge you again.
