The protection order is still in effect, unless the court quashes it. Your husband will have to go to court to have the order lifted prior to his moving in.

In Los Angeles, typically the punishment is a fine of about $250.00, AIDS testing and an AIDS education class. Sometimes they will give some community service hours as well.
