Do I still have to my bond for DWI during probation?

Answered by attorney Dennis Marston Slate
Criminal Law lawyer at Slate Associates Attorneys at Law
That is completely up to the judge that sentenced you to probation. You need to have your attorney ask the judge if this is supposed to be a condition of your probation or not.

What will happen to my minor son if he gets pulled over for speeding and drugs?

Answered by attorney Edward Jerome Blum (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Edward J. Blum
He will be charged with a misdemeanor and an infraction. He will hire an attorney to negotiate them away. If he doesn't, the DMV will suspend his license for a year.

What happens if I get pulled over and have a suspended license?

Answered by attorney Michael D. Fluke
Criminal Law lawyer at Michael D. Fluke, P.A.
Driving on a suspended license with knowledge is a crime and you can be arrested. 3rd time can be charged as a felony. If you do not have a valid license, you should avoid driving a vehicle. Officers do randomly run plates and if the vehicle comes back to a suspended owner, you can be pulled over. Good luck.
