For a 3rd degree felony, the maximum is 5 years in prison, for a 2nd degree felony, the max is 15 years in prison. With no prior record, the result might well be probation for a number of years.

I suppose that the only thing you can do is have an attorney write a letter filled with words that she will not understand which make it sound like something bad is going to happen to her if she does not stop making complaints.
