No one can help you on this forum either follow the advice of your lawyer (and by that I mean pick your poison, not take the time), or retain other counsel if you do not trust that attorney.

If the owner knows about it, possibly. If the owner of the house is totally innocent and unaware of what's going on, he or she will probably not get in trouble.

Can I go to jail for not paying a ticket for loitering?

A warrant might have been issued for your arrest. You should call the court where the case was pending and ask them to give you the status over the phone. Hopefully, they will. Then explain that you want to surrender and clean it up. You may have to post bail when you surrender. Probably not more than $200.00 or so. A new court date will be given and then you go to court on the new date. With the passage of time maybe all the witnesses are gone and you can get a dismissal.
