Was the warrant served or is there only a detainer? If only a detainer, then he doesn't get credit for the time served.   A PD has to be appointed by the Court and that would nnot occur until he is back in front of a judge in the other county, You should hire an attorney to get him back to the attorney.

Does imminent discovery work with an errant traffic stop?

The stop was a pretext. There are no b misdemeanors in Florida, you must be in a different state, and will have to ask an attorney in your own state.

What does court notice after court mean?

Answered by attorney Diane Buerger
Criminal Law lawyer at The Buerger Law Firm, P.A.
I urge you to call the Clerk of Court's Office and ask what this means.  A "Notice of Court" usually is a court document informing the defendant of his/her next court date.  It's possible the "Court Notice" is the same thing.  If so, "Court Notice After Court" may indicate the defendant's next court date was not set until after the defendant was in court the previous time.  (Usually a defendant is given his next court date while he still is in court.  But if that didn't happen, this may be a notice of court date generated after you were in court.)  Regardless, this is just a guess.  So, just to make sure you comply with everything as ordered, you should contact the clerk of court (or your attorney if you have one) -- and ask for a clarification of what "Court Notice After Court" means.
