No one call tell you what your chances are, especially with such limited information. Trials are a gamble under any set of facts. It sounds like you have some good angles to use in your defense if you do go trial. But no one can tell you that you're probably going to win or probably going to lose. Either one could happen. You just need to decide if you are willing to invest the time and money into a trial or not.
