Failed my final UA at probation

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
It may be a good idea to get a retest on the UA specimen. Hopefully the court will be aware of the conflict in the results and won't issue a probation violation. You would be well advised to get a lawyer to help. If you are in the Dallas area possibly I can meet with you to discuss the situation.

Can someone be retried after being acquitted of murder?

Answered by attorney Kenneth Parks Gober (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Lee Law Firm
No, Casey Anthony could not be retried for the SAME offense, but there could be other offenses that admitting guilt would open her up to liability for, including civil liability in a civil suit, in which she would probably loose all of any money made from publishing a confession.

Need a lawyer willing to work out some payment plans

Answered by attorney Tristan Nicolas Legrande
Criminal Law lawyer at LeGrande Law
From your question I cannot tell what criminal law issue it is related to. Is he charged with a crime?  You should contact an attorney directly to discuss the specific details of your case.  Good luck.
