If you were really trying to stay out of jail in order to go to college, you would stop smoking weed. The weed smoking is speaking louder than anything else you claim/say. I suspect you are right, and you are going to be violated and sentenced to jail.

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Arrested for 1st degree forgery\ prescription in Georgia

Unfortunately, that minor change to the prescription is technically enough to charge her with the crime of 1st Degree Forgery.  Although, with the circumstances you have provided, there may be a way to help your sister out.  Although she has used her First Offender plea, there may be another option to keep this off her record.  Make sure your sister has an attorney to help her in this case.
