Should I be worried if I didn't know I was on probation after 6 years of living my life?

You need to take care of it. Obviously, they know where you are now. So get a lawyer, most courts let the lawyer appear for you. So you don't have to go, cause its scary. The case will be dismissed by motion or at the time of trial because no one has any independent recollection of events 6 years ago. The dismissal won't happen automatically. You need a lawyer to fight for you.

Is it possible to get a warrant or fine for drinking too much?

Theoretically, you could be charged with public intoxication. If you were not arrested or given a citation at the hospital, chances are no charges will be filed. If the police do decide to send a report to the D.A., you will receive a notice to appear in the mail at whatever address you have listed on your I.D., travel documents or with the hospital.

What is the minimum parole eligibility date?

That date would be computed by the prison system from the court sentencing and records, and made part of the inmate's file, and updated as changes occur. Have the inmate contact them to inquire.
