What will happen to me if I gave the wrong information when I was charged because of going to a park without permission?

The wrong information will not result in dismissal. Are you indigent? If no, you are not entitled to a public defender. In addition, you are charged with a misdemeanor so it would be a good idea to hire a criminal defense lawyer. If this is at 346 Broadway you do not have to go to court if you hire an attorney.

What can my son do if he was caught dealing drugs with an undercover officer?

Whether the facts of your son's case are entrapment is something that should be discussed with his attorney. If yes, then proper motions should be filed. As for working out of town, your son should look at the terms and conditions of his bond. That may be what is preventing him from leaving town.

Can I be charged with a felony if the theft victims do not press charges?

In Oregon, the local District Attorney is the prosecutor. If you have been charged with a crime, than someone reported it and the prosecutor is pressing for a conviction. Giving back the money that you stole could be a very helpful approach for taking responsibility and minimizing your exposure to jail or prison. You need to hire an attorney. You are way over your head. Please call.
