How long do I have to press sexual assault charges after an assault has occurred?

Irving M. Blank

How old are you now? When did this occur? What was the nature of the sexual battery? These three questions must be answered before your question can be answered. If you call your local Commonwealth Attorney's office, they will answer you.

Is there any other option besides turning myself in when I have multiple warrants I cant afford to pay?

Edward J. Dimon
Answered by attorney Edward J. Dimon (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Edward J. Dimon
The key is the reason for the warrants. What is the basis for the warrants ? We have done a client who had 10 warrants in 10 different locations. We were honest with all 10 places and had immediate success in 8 places. The last 2 places were difficult. This can be expensive if municipal court is difficult. Please call to discuss. Ed Dimon, Esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235

Is there a way to get a grand theft felony charge taken off my record if I was a minor at the time?

Answered by attorney George Martin Derieg (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Derieg Law Firm
If you were a juvenile when the conviction occurred, I don't understand why you can't go to college. You should petition to have your record sealed, and request an expungment on top of that. I don't think you can sue the state for a harsh charge, so much as you can sue the fire extinguisher for allowing it to be stolen.
