What you should do is get an attorney. Don't even speak with the cops. They can and will promise things that they have no intention of fulfilling.

Call your probation officer. You can, and should, get a copy of your order of probation from the Clerk of Court but calling your probation officer might be faster.

One typically does the incarceration time first. If he violated probation, then he can be sentenced to the full remainder in jail.
