The DMV makes their own independent decision. They are not controlled by the court resolution. The only hope was to either win your hearing at DMV or get the case dismissed.

It would be highly unusual and a risk for you ( probation violation). I don 't know what the conviction is for, but if it has sex registration or something like that you might still be able to attack it because of continuing effect on you (having to register for your lifetime).

You're very great amount of trouble, both for the breaking and entering and assaulting the peace officer. The 2 18 year-olds need independent and separate counsel immediately.
