Can my husband transfer legal aid to another solicitor?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Your husband is stupid. He is already in prison, and cannot figure out how to represent himself. He cannot transfer legal aid, because he did not receive a stipend for a court appointed attorney. The judge appointed an attorney. He (your husband did not like how he was talking to him). So, he requested another one. Denied. Now, your husband can work with the one he has or retain an attorney (oh wait, you have no money), or represent himself (oh wait, he never graduated college). Your husband is not getting a bond, because he is already annoying the judge with these attorney requests.

Can I be charged for possession and intent to distribute even if I wasn't present at the crime scene?

Mark A. Broughton

This sounds like a conspiracy case. A conspiracy is an agreement between various people to violate the law; so all of the co-conspirators do not have to be at the scene where the drugs that were the subject of the conspiracy were located. It is the agreement (with a few other elements) that is the crime, not the actual possession.

So, you want a law that you can show to other boosters at the school, since you don't want to be othered with the politics. Is that right?
