Is there a way my probation officer can cancel my warrant or can the judge cancel the warrant and not lock me up?

Answered by attorney Steven Jed Alpers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Steven J. Alpers, A Professional Corporation
It is unlikely either the probation officer or the judge will give you any breaks like recalling the warrant without you appearing. Staying out past your curfew, not going to school and violating your house arrest are all reasons you will probably go into custody for at least a while. Judges do not like court orders violated.

Can my felony charge be expunged?

Answered by attorney Timothy J Klisz (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Klisz Law Office, PLLC
Many felony categories can be expunged. Only one crime ever is allowed, so that would have to be your only crime, unless they were committed while under 21.

Not only would you lose your argument your position, which has been rejected before, will serve to irritate the court.
