How can you prove you did not commit 1st degree burglary?

Answered by attorney Marshall S. Tauber
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Marshall S. Tauber
No one can ever prove what they did not do, they can only prove what they did do. For example if the crime allegedly occurred at one location, you cannot "prove" you were not there but, you can definitely prove you were somewhere else if you have supporting witnesses or circumstances.

Do you have to submit to a blood test or can you give a urine test instead when you're being charged with DUI?

It depends on what you suspected of being under the influence of. Urine tests are no longer used for alcohol related DUI in California. Your options are breath or blood tests. If you are suspected of being under the influence of drugs, then your options are blood or urine.

If he has been arrested, I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal law attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze you case and advise you of your options.
