Can an officer search my vehicle without my presence?

It depends on whether they had probable cause to search, a warrant, or a legally valid exception to the search warrant requirement. Hire an attorney to review the case.

Can I continue my business if my employee was arrested for sex business?

Answered by attorney Steven Jed Alpers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Steven J. Alpers, A Professional Corporation
You can continue your business unless there was a court order against your business continuing , but you need to insure no sex on the premises. The police could come and raid your business again or possibly even your home. You may not be safe, witnesses could have included you in police reports.

Is it legal to call someone names in an argument in a family restaurant?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)

Interesting question. Although it may not be illegal to call someone a "name" (Freedom of Speech), if you cause a scene at the restaurant, you could be charged and prosecuted for disturbing the peace and/or disorderly conduct. I'd keep the name calling on hold until you got home.
