If you haven't completed your obligations, I suspect that a warrant was issued, in which case the Statute Of Limitations stopped running. Such being the case, there is still an active warrant for your arrest and the case has not gone away and probably won't go way until it is resolved.

What is the normal sentence/Plea Bargain for larceny by conversion $200 more but less than $1000 for someone with no record at all?

Plea bargains vary by jurisdiction. Each prosecutor's office has their own way of handling certain cases. If you have no prior criminal history, they may very well lower it to a lesser larceny charge such as larceny by conversion $200 or less. They might also be willing to give a no upfront jail agreement. Consult with an experienced criminal attorney in your area for a better understanding of what to expect in this particular county. Keep in mind, each case is also different depending on the facts of the case.
