Is it legal for the CHP to use a ticket against my girlfriend?

Answered by attorney Michael Thomas Lynch (Unclaimed Profile)

I would tell your friend to contact an attorney to fight the ticket. The argument could be made that the Officer used a fabricated issue to stop your friend with the intent to meet her. I am sure a Judge would question his motivation.
