How can I speed my criminal court case?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
I've never heard of anyone being to court 17 times and never speaking to the judge. I can't possibly understand what all the delays and court appearances could be. Ask your lawyer what is going on and if he doesn't know, strongly consider speaking to another lawyer or retaining another lawyer.

If sold to an innocent buyer, probably not. Your recourse may be suing your ex-husband for the value of the vehicle.
